These guiding principles will form the basis of our relationship together. These are a glimpse into our working relationship, not a prescription.

You probably have challenges that can keep you up at night. Further, you feel like you’re on an island with no way to radio for help. I’ve been there. You don’t want to make decisions in a vacuum that could have widespread ramifications. That’s precisely why I’m here. I’ll help you solve these problems.

Enabling You.

There’s no magical cure-all. You have to be enabled to make the right decisions at the right time. I can’t make these decisions for you, but I can help you see around the edges and give an experienced, outside perspective that will allow you to operate more freely.

Everything we discuss stays locked up. Your secrets are yours. Your special sauce is yours. I’m not here to take what you have, but to help you take what you have and make it bigger. Our business together is just that and you can rest assured that any topic we discuss and any sensitive subject we may approach will stay strictly between you and I.

Assessments.

We’ll take a deep look at your processes: your sales process, your proposals, your operations, your contracts and SOWs. The more you can create a system behind everything you do, the easier your business will run. I’ll provide some tips, tricks, worksheets, and platforms that have worked wonders before.

Radical Candor.

Honesty builds trust. And trust is built over time. I’ll be radically candid with you and give you my uncensored thoughts. But my candor does not come like a doctor prescribes medicine. It’s an option. It’s open to discussion. It’s important to take on a challenge from multiple different angles and understand the cost and benefit of each.

Our relationship is a partnership. You’re free to get my cursory thoughts or have me dive deep into a challenge. But we do it together. The magical formula is parts of each.

Full Transparency.

I hold nothing back. I’ll give you the templates, documents, and worksheets I’ve developed over the years to help you grow and overcome challenges. If I had a “secret sauce” I’d give it to you. But we need to create the secret sauce that is most impactful for you and your business.
